Lambrou Lefki | Director Lefki Lambrou joined the Home for Cooperation team as employee in January 2014 and she has been the director since November 2018, responsible for developing and implementing strategic, networking and stakeholders-management plans for the H4C. She studied Political Science and Public Administration (BA), Public Relations(MSc) and she holds an MBA. During her studies she volunteered in various NGO's and youth clubs . Her previous work experience includes programme development in Business and Non Profit Organizations. She is a very active member of the civil society for many years. She is involved in many bi-communal initiatives in Cyprus such us Cyclists Across Barriers, What's On, Agridaki Youth Initiative and more with the aim to allow all communities to engage and have the opportunity to share, communicate, meet and present their culture, history and projects. |

Christofides Andri | Projects and Knowledge Officer Andri Christofides joined the Home for Cooperation team in December 2018. She holds an MSc in Social and Cultural Anthropology from K.U. Leuven in Belgium and a BA in English Literature from the University of Surrey, UK. She previously volunteered at NGOs both in Sydney and Nicosia and was an intern at the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research, before joining the Home for Cooperation team. |

Ruzgar Hayriye | Communications Officer Hayriye Rüzgar is part of the Home for Cooperation team since August 2016. She studied Political Science and International Relations (BA) at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul and Political Communication (MSc) at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she volunteered in various public administration institutions in north Cyprus and she was highly active in Cypriot student organizations abroad, leading many initiatives. She returned Cyprus in 2015, when she joined Kıbrıs Developments as Executive Assistant to the Marketing Director. She then joined Home for Cooperation as the communications officer. Hayriye has extensive communication skills and media planning and she is quite experienced in PR campaigns as well as responding to events and media. communications@home4cooperation.info

Spyrou Marilena | Operations Officer Marilena Spyrou is part of the Home for Cooperation team since June 2016. She studied Public Relations with Marketing (BA) at Phillips College in Cyprus and Tourism Management (MA) at the Brighton University. Her previous experience includes Campaign Manager at GMT+2 Media, public relations, communications and bookkeeping for reporting at Urban Gorillas NGO. She joined Home for Cooperation as the Operations Officer. She is experienced in financial management such as book-keeping, payroll and budgeting and she is responsible for the daily operation of the organization, and routinely reports. |

Nihal Soganci | Administration Officer Nihal Soganci joined the Home for Cooperation Team in November 2019. She is currently also continuing her PhD in Social Anthropology at the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens. Her ethnographic research mainly questions how North Cyprus gets collaged and montaged as home in the post 2003 period. She holds an MSc in International Public Policy with a particular focus on Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from University College London (UCL) and BA in Languages and Translation majoring in French from the University of Surrey, UK. She has participated in the Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival in Nicosia in 2019 with an interactive installation: The Affective Garage: A collective Junction. Experiences from the Installation will be part of a book chapter– Memories, stories and material traces: Exploring displacement through collaging and participatory art installation. Previously, she has interned at Electricite De France in Paris, lectured in Public Policy and Administration and presented her research in several conferences and symposia. nihal.soganci@home4cooperation.info

Karagiorgi Afroditi | The Home Cafe Manager Afroditi Karagiorgi studied Social Anthropology in Athens and completed her Master's degree in Visual Anthropology and Anthropological Research in Barcelona. She has participated in various social research projects, and her research interests revolve especially around issues that include urban spaces, migration and social integration. She has also been working in theater production and has participated in the organization of bicommunal workshops, in Nicosia, Dherynia and Famagusta. Beyond Greek and English, she also speaks Spanish and Catalan and is now learning Turkish. |

Loucaidou Maria | Cook Maria Loucaidou joined the team of the Home For Cooperation in 2014. She started working as a barista at the Home Cafe and from September 2017 she is the cook of The Home Cafe. In addition to her work as a cook, Maria works as a sugar artist, decorating cakes and sweets. Before joining The Home Cafe team, Maria has worked as an architect after finishing her studies in Architecture and Design in London. |

Yalçuk Feray | The Home Cafe Communication Officer & Barista Feray Yalçuk joined the Home Cafe team in August 2016 as a barista. She studied Accountancy (BAcc Hons) at Dundee University, Scotland and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism from Robert Gordon University, Scotland. She was working as a journalist at Yenidüzen-United Media Group before she joined the Home Cafe Team. Feray has always been an active person in the sphere of politic in Cyprus. |

Akansoy Erbay | Member Erbay Akansoy is the president of Humanitarian Relief Mission (HRM). HRM was founded in 1998 and coordinated the relationships between UNOPS and later UNDP with the Turkish Cypriot Community. At the time of UNOPS and UNDP-ACT, HRM participated and chaired the Programme Steering Committee for the Turkish Cypriot community. HRM currently is one of the two administrative partners that supports the Secretariat function of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum. Erbay has been the president of HRM since 2013. He is the co-coordinator of the Cyprus Dialogue Forum who has previously worked extensively for conflict transformation with political and non-political actors in Cyprus. Within this context, he has also worked with key actors from other conflict countries specifically from Palestine, Israel, Germany, Northern Ireland, Lebanon, Syria, Burma, Sri Lanka and Nepal. He is a devoted peace activist who believes in the power of dialogue and provides research and facilitation assistance and support to the political and non-political actors within the community. He has a political science background with a MSc in European Management from ESC Rouen.

Eskidjian Salpy | Member Salpy Eskidjian is one of the architects and facilitators of the Religious Track of the Cyprus Peace Process under the Auspices of the Embassy of Sweden (RTCYPP) based in Nicosia Cyprus and serves as the Executive Director of the Office of RTCYPP based at the Home for Cooperation, Nicosia-Cyprus. Salpy has served as Senior Policy and Advocacy Advisor on peace and security for the Church of Sweden, Norwegian Church Aid, DanChurchaid based in Sweden. She has provided consultancy services to different international and national bodies including the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights. From 1995-2005 Salpy worked for the Commission of the Churches on International Affairs of the World Council of Church based in Geneva, Switzerland where she served as Programme Executive on International Affairs, Peace and Security (responsible for Middle East Policy, Disarmament and Peace building). In 2005 she was appointed Special Representative of the General Secretary of the World Council of Churches to Jerusalem. From 1989 -1994 Salpy served as Programme Executive on Justice, Peace and Human Rights for The Middle East Council of Churches, Headquarters based in Beirut-Lebanon and Limassol-Cyprus. Salpy holds a Master’s diploma on Human Rights and Diplomacy from University of New South Wales, Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Graduate Institute in the Hague on Development and Human Rights, BA (Hons) Sociology and Criminal Justice, The George Washington University, Washington D.C USA.

Pachoulides Kyriakos | Member Founding member of the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research, has been serving the organization since 2003 as members of its Governing Board. He has studied pedagogical studies and psychology and holds a PhD in Social Psychology. He is a primary school teacher while since 2008 is seconded to the Office of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Cyprus.Dr. Pachoulides combines successfully his educational background, his professional experiences and social activism, contributing for many years to the development of an inter-communal peace movement in Cyprus through his work with the Association for Historical Dialogue and Research and the Home for Cooperation. A passionate peace and human rights supporter Dr Pachoulides has dedicated his life to the promotion of long term and sustainable peace in Cyprus and the establishment of a culture of cooperation and trust among the two main communities constitutionally established on the island.
