Job Opening Call for Administration Officer

About the position: As part of a dynamic and high-performing team the Administration Officer is responsible for the main services of the Home for Cooperation and for the day to day running of the H4C.  The Administration Officer will carry out general administrative, while also being responsible for specific duties.

Compensation: A competitive remuneration package will be offered according to skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general information about the H4C, its vision and mission and its planned activities, also information on the location of events taking place in the Home, the resident NGO’s offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Organizing, filing, and archiving paperwork, documentation and electronic information related to H4C projects
  • Receiving and managing all bookings at the H4C
  • Supervision of day-to-day operations for the maintenance of the building (cleaning services, monthly lift maintenance, supervision of the technical maintenance of the building etc.)

 Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Management, International Relations, Political Science, Peace and Conflict Studies or similarly relevant areas.
  • Work experience in administration role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Familiarity with PowerSoft system would be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek and/or Turkish
