Offices for rent

Two (2) offices are available for rent at the Home for Cooperation!

The offices are located on the 1^st floor of the H4C building, with access to the balcony.

The offices will be available to rent from the 1^st of May 2021 for a one-year contract, with the possibility of one year extension.

The rental price includes:

• Water
• Electricity  
• Fiber Optic Internet Connection
• Cleaning services 
• Building Security
• Mail box

* Resident organizations/companies have access to common kitchen and toilets  

** Resident organizations/ companies have 12 hours per month complimentary use of our rental rooms and discount prices on drinks from The Home Cafe.

*** Furnished offices are rented with 3 tables and 6 chairs each. – dividing the workshop furniture between the 2 rooms and arranging them in u-shape?
