MEETING & LANGUAGE ROOM (10 people capacity) Service Charge A : €18 +VAT for each four-hour block. This charge does not decrease for events less than 4 hours. Service Charge B: An addition charge of €27.50 +VAT will be added to the basic rate of hire (Rate A) to any booking which will start and/or end after 18.00 Monday to Friday to cover the extra cost of staff outside of office hours. Service Charge C: €45.50 +VAT for each four-hour block. This charge does not decrease for events less than 4 hours.
