Open Call for Greek Language Instructor

CALL FOR GREEK LANGUAUGE INSTRUCTOR

The Home for Cooperation invites applications for Greek Language Instructors.

Contract type: External consultant

Application Deadline: 20th of August 2020, 6pm

Hours: Part-time

For the academic period October 2020 until May 2021, three to four weekly (1.5h) afternoon classes of different levels

Responsibilities:

  1. Designing and carrying out Language courses in a professional and diligent manner.
  2. Organizing material and evaluation for classes for at least three different teaching levels: beginners, intermediate, advanced.
  3. Cooperating with the Managing Body on the classes’ successful execution, organisation and promotion.

 Requirements: 

  1. Experience in teaching foreign language skills to adult learners, taking them from beginner to the general professional proficiency level.
  2. Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields or related studies: Greek Language, Greek Literature, Education, Teaching Foreign Languages
  3. Native-like fluency in the Greek language, as well as advanced English proficiency
  4. Ability to use the latest technology and teaching techniques
